Bruce Mack has 20+ years of real estate investing and has been coaching investing throughout the US and Canada. He had a thriving business in Nevada with 29 employees including 3 rehab crews. Bruce oversaw the research, contracts, cost accounting, rehabbing and flipping over 160 properties. Upon moving to Los Angeles, he continued to re-create his magic with his wife in rehabbing their estate that sold for 2.75M. By taking over the project they saved over 100k off the original general contractor bid. Bruce continues to apply his investing savvy and has flipped and wholesaled properties across the country.
As the owner of Mack Design Group, an interior design company, he created design builds on several houses. His 7,500 sq. ft Tuscan Villa featured in Luxury Homes of Las Vegas and 215 South. He built the villa from ground up, from blue prints to getting the certificate of occupancy. Bruce’s project cost was 1.25M and sold for 3.4M. Bruce speaks the language and understands construction. He was also the owner and operator of a granite fabrication, cabinet design and installation company.
Bruce excels at high-end homes in expensive neighborhoods where he can maximize his design abilities. He is an expert at material procurement to create discount cost basis that leverages the best end product for maximum profits.

In addition, Bruce is an accomplished speaker; he has spoken at over 200 events on rehabbing, buying and flipping properties throughout the United States and abroad. He also authored “Changing Your Financial Future”.
Prior to moving to Vegas, Bruce ran his own corporate recruiting firm for over twenty years. Through several west coast offices, he and his staff placed hundreds of banking, insurance, and finance executives. He then focused on the financial marketplace by becoming West Coast Regional Manager for Old Kent Bank, then a subsidiary of Fortune 500, Deluxe Corporation. In this position he managed over one hundred direct reports who were responsible for credit card acquisition for merchants and retailers.
